Refunds

* Refunds are only accepted at the time of delivery while the courier is present.
* If you wish to refuse your order and request a refund, this must be done before accepting the package from the courier.
* Once the order has been accepted and the courier has left, refunds will no longer be available.
* Customers are responsible for all shipping and delivery fees, which are non-refundable.

Exchanges

* Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
* To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
* Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging attached.
* Any item returned without its tags, packaging, or showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, makeup, or alteration will not be accepted.
* Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with exchanges.
* Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, an alternative item may be offered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

* If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.
